Words vs Actions: Actions Speak Louder Than Words - that is an age old expression and it speaks the truth.

Many things are said in a day by many different people in our lives, but do their words match their actions that follow.

When words and actions don’t line up it can cause great confusion, frustration, hurts and heartache.

Questions to Ponder:

Who in your life is causing you confusion with their words vs their actions?

Do your words and actions line up or are you causing someone else confusion?

If you don’t mean something, the best thing is not to say it all.

Take time to think about what you are saying and then follow your words with actions that match. It is good for your peace of mind and others.
