Everyone has that ideal age, 16 because you can drive, 18 because you can go to the bar, 21 because you are legal all over the world, etc.
My ideal age has always been 50. I love getting older – I have said for years that I am a good whiskey – I get better with age!
Every year I learn more, I grow, I mature, I learn how to treat myself better, I soften in some places, I lose some of the rough edges… there are tough years and good years and I learn and grow from both.
You were born for a reason; your birthday is specific to you… take an extra moment on your day to celebrate you!
After living half a century, I have had my ups and downs.
I have lived, I have learned, I have loved and I have lost.
Finally, after many years, twists, turns, disappointments and discoveries, my life started to change direction.
Once that direction took root and I was establishing a new lifestyle, I was ready to teach others how to apply what had taken years to figure out - but I wanted to make it a shorter, easier, hopefully more enjoyable journey.
